本岗位面向今年即将毕业的在校大学生，通过参与实际业务项目，支持项目经理开展日常项目管理工作。实习期间，候选人将深度参与跨部门项目的计划、执行与跟踪。对于在实习期间表现优秀、符合业务需求的候选人，将有机会在毕业后转为正式员工，并作为 Trainee 纳入公司的人才培养体系，接受系统化培训与发展。This internship is targeted at students who are expected to graduate this year. The Project Management Intern will support Project Managers in day-to-day project management activities and participate in cross-functional projects throughout planning, execution, and tracking.High-performing interns who meet business needs may be converted to full-time employees upon graduation and enrolled as Trainees in the company’s structured talent development program.基本要求：• 即将毕业的本科或研究生在校大学生 • 专业不限，数学或AI相关专业或经验优先 • 对项目管理、业务运营或跨部门协作有浓厚兴趣 • 具备良好的学习能力、责任心和执行力，做事细致、有条理 • 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与不同职能团队高效协作 • 具备基础的数据整理与分析能力 • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office AI 相关工具• 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力者优先 • 可保证稳定的实习时间（如每周 3–5 天） • 有意向在毕业后转为正式员工，并接受 Trainee 培训与发展的候选人优先考虑• Undergraduate or graduate students who are expected to graduate this year • Open to all majors & semi; AI or Management preferred • Strong interest in project management, business operations, or cross-functional collaboration • Strong learning ability, sense of ownership, and execution capability; detail-oriented and well-organized • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Basic capability in data collection, organization, and analysis • Proficient in Microsoft Office AI tools• Good written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus • Ability to commit to a stable internship schedule (e.g. 3–5 days per week) • Candidates who are interested in full-time conversion upon graduation and participation in a Trainee development program are preferred
