Position Overview:The Program Management Engineer will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our automotive componentdevelopment programs. You will work closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, operation and quality, to ensure that programs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities:l Project Planning & Execution: Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignmentwith company goals and customer requirements. Coordinate and manage tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.l Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and cooperation to ensure seamless project progression. Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and constraints.l Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that my impact project success. Develop and implementmitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure project continuity.l Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
